Medical and laboratory technology

Strict regulatory requirements pose growing challenges for the medical technology industry. In addition to the enormous efforts involved in new registration in the EU, there are rapid technological developments. Our medical design specialists have the appropriate knowledge and experience to enable the legally required reflection on usability in the development process.

LED surgical light
The housing is made of die-cast aluminum and is produced in one piece with all functions and handles. This makes the light extremely compact. The construction without gaps is also very hygienic.

The exoskeleton for surgeons
With the noac Hellstern medical surgeons operate without pain and physical fatigue. He was developed together with surgeons and is therefore completely tailored to their needs. The patent-pending holding system optimally supports the user and, thanks to its relief effect, ensures full concentration on the patient throughout the entire operation.

ENT treatment unit
The modules can be flexibly exchanged thanks to a fixed, supporting installation rear wall. The modular system can be equipped as required and can be individually expanded via several storage levels. Whether it's a clinic or a doctor's office, the concept offers a wealth of equipment options, materials and colors.

Design for new types of monitoring
A system for non-invasive, continuous blood pressure and cardiac output monitoring. What's new is that the control unit was designed like a PC mouse for the first time and is positioned directly on two fingers in a patient-friendly manner. Three possible sensor sizes ensure a good fit.

Surgical system
The modular surgical system allows free configurations of the sockets through intelligently designed inserts. The plane of the sockets is arranged at an angle to the plane of the display. This creates more order with the cables. The overall structure is also modular. H

Motorized heavy lifting from the ceiling
The new height-adjustable swivel stands were designed either as a spring arm or motor arm. They have a load capacity of up to 250 kg. Assembly and maintenance are ideally solved by removable end caps. The profile cross section provides an area of 60 cm² for individual cabling.

ENT microscope
The microscope is characterized by its LED lighting that is perfectly matched to the optics in HD resolution and was specifically designed and designed for the ear, nose and throat specialist area. The user has a clear view of all functions and can operate the microscope via a central panel.

Wound care

The ergonomically designed wound care makes the patient mobile more quickly. Secretion is sucked out using a negative pressure system. The container system is variable and shaped to suit the body. A modern touch display makes operation hygienic and easy.
