Crafts and industry

A shortage of skilled workers, digitalization and high energy costs pose new challenges for trade and industry. Dependence on suppliers also causes problems. Devices and machines are equipped with modern controls and user interfaces and require intuitive interaction concepts with brand-specific design. Application-oriented apps can support service and maintenance.

Industrial sewing machine

Digitalized sewing production is becoming a reality. Equipped with the first real Industry 4.0 product for industrial sewing machines, producers receive real-time data from their sewing machines and can store all settings and instructions for a specific machine centrally in the server. The operator receives images and tutorials on his display on the machine and can see at any time how to optimally carry out a task.

Gear clamp

With the new gear clamp from BESSEY, clamping work can be carried out comfortably even in the tightest of spaces. The rotational and clamping force are transmitted to the spindle via a mechanism hidden in the sliding bracket. The design is much more compact without any annoying tool components that limit the clamping range. No twisting of your hand and more comfort when working.

Soldering and hot air stations

A consistent device line with many striking and well thought-out details. The soldering stations can be placed precisely and non-slip on the hot air stations. The soldering iron rest offers easy conversion from wet to dry cleaning by rotating the holder through 180° and putting it back into the base.

Inductive shrink devicee

The inductive shrink devices from BILZ can cover individual customer requirements from entry-level to high-end. The ergonomic and well thought-out operation minimizes the risk of accidents and failure. The innovative liquid cooling technology has a tenfold effectiveness advantage over conventional contact cooling and enables energy savings of up to 20%.
