Design development in phases

Phase 1: Conception

Initial basic considerations and ideas regarding building space, structure and design (scribbles, sketches and screenshots).

Phase 2: Preliminary Design

The selected ideas and concepts are further developed into three-dimensional preliminary designs (CAD working models, sketches and screenshots).

Phase 3: Design

The selected preliminary design is given its shape and tested for its function (CAD model without draft angles, renderings, mock-ups).

Phase 4: Elaboration

The selected design is developed and optimized for manufacturing (CAD model with part separation and draft angles, ergonomic or design model).

Phase 5: Implementation

The implementation will be supervised. Materials, colors, surfaces, and product graphics will be determined (series prototype).
